How to Shop
Shopping. The hardest decision at MEK Denim will be deciding which product to choose first. To purchase a product: Select "Shop" from the top navigation bar and from the pull down select Men, Women or Kids. Click on one of the small images - This will take you to the product detail.
To get a better look at an item: either click on the image of the product or select the link that says "ZOOM/MORE IMAGES." To add the item to your shopping bag, select your size and click on the "add to bag" button (Nothing is ordered yet and you can back out anytime). From this point, you can continue shopping by selecting the "back" button or "continue shopping' button, or select a shopping category from the top navigation bar - Men, Women or Kids.
To modify your shopping bag, select "shopping bag" located on every page in the top right hand corner. To remove an item, select "remove" button on your shopping bag page. After making any changes to a size or quantity, click the "Recalculate" button at the bottom of the shopping bag page before clicking on "Checkout." Once you've added all of your products you want, go to the shopping bag page by selecting "shopping bag" located on the top right side and then select "check out." Next you will be asked for your order information, billing address, shipping address, credit card info, etc. After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will appear with your order number, and you will receive an email confirming your order has been received and is being processed.

We offer an inexpensive shipping rate for our customers. Rates are based upon the shipping option of your chose. For more information, please contact us at customercare@MEKdenim.com.
Shipping Process: All orders placed before 11 am PST on M-F will be processed the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 am PST on Friday and on all day on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday, excluding holidays. Our fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
MEKdenim.com wants you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return or exchange merchandise within 14 DAYS after you've received your order so long as the items are in the original condition with the tags and in the box and/or packaging.
Please contact customercare@MEKdenim.com for return authorization number and send your return/exchange merchandise, insured, along with a printed version of the email confirmation and ship to: MEK Denim - 2931 S. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90058
Our Return/Exchange Policy:
- You may return or exchange an item within the first 14 DAYS after you've received your order so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes sale items.
- Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.
- Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and in the intact original box and/or packaging.
- Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, MEK Denim will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Sorry, we cannot take returns on worn items.
- Please make sure to insure your shipment & record your tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt. If the warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- No returns or exchanges are available for sale items.
- Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
- Gift Certificates are not refundable.
- You will be responsible for the freight charges unless you have received damaged goods. If you have received damaged goods, please email our customer care at customercare@MEKdenim.com and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they cannot be accepted.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item, unless the exchange requested is on backorder.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
